Herbert The P. Bear THE NEW MASCOT?

Recently Lane Merrifield, (Billybob) tweeted that there will be a new Club Penguin Mascot waddling around the island very shortly. You can follow Lane Merrifield by clicking here!

So, I decided to investigate into this "new mascot" and I took a look into Club Penguin's mascot files. As you can see below, there has been two new Penguin IDs added to Herbert's account.

Wow, does this mean that Herbert P. Bear may be a meetable Club Penguin Mascot in the future? Maybe he will turn up during the Halloween or Anniversary Party?
