So I logged into Club Penguin to check out the mascot version of Happy77
but if you look on the file she has no Background id so she will not giveaway a background to penguins that find her on the island
and when i was looking trough the files i also found Billybob's id but his Mascot playercard is blank so he won't be a mascot for a while
It looks like Happy77 will be the firts mascot but i can't wait
